After nearly a decade spent working in IT, in industries like e-governance, manufacturing, hospitality, investment banking, and e-commerce, Sandeep has honed his approach to finding a solution for a client – keep it simple. He is always looking for the best possible solution and takes an end-to-end approach when completing a project for a client.

 

Sandeep looks at the requirements and timeframe for a project, as well as the resources available, both technology and people-wise. He is someone who enjoys looking at all parts of the process and designing a holistic solution. Having spent time working in India, Europe, and Australia, he has been exposed to a range of approaches and philosophies, and has incorporated those into his own work.

Proposing And Developing A Microservice
While working at Société Générale, Sandeep proposed a microservice based on React JS, Java 8, and Spring Boot. It was designed to alleviate the load of manual searching and was soon approved by the client. While mentoring 2 interns, Sandeep was able to develop this microservice, impressing the client with his initiative.
Migrating A Key Service For Sportsbet
Sportsbet were looking to migrate their messaging to a new vendor, and it had a tight timeframe. Sandeep had to deliver the project before the Melbourne Cup. Sandeep was able to get it done in time, which benefitted the company greatly. It was also a proud achievement for Sandeep, as he proved that he was able to work under pressure.
