Implementing Australia Post’s Electronic Verification
Samarth was instrumental in getting Australia Post’s Digital ID up and running. He was involved in understanding corporate requirements, as well as aggregating multiple Australia Post data sources. Aus Post wanted a real-time online service to verify the identity of consumers. The end result of Samarth’s involvement led to their over-the-counter identity check, obtaining a higher match rate than industry standards.
TAKING ORIGIN ENERGY THROUGH A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
As part of his interest in getting experience across different industry verticals, Samarth was involved in Origin Energy’s digital transformation. He helped them implement a whole new stack (including software like Adobe Experience Manager), as well as their Enterprise web CMS. Other implementations included: live chat, analytics, and the integration with 3.
REDESIGNING AGL ENERGY’S SALES FUNNELS
As part of the Strategic Sales Redesign Program, Samarth helped AGL Energy define a reimagined set of customer journeys, for both residential and business customers. He was involved in mapping out these journeys from consideration to check-out and order submit, using predominately Adobe Experience Manager and Magento eCommerce. He reviewed end-to-end functional test objectives for the project (as well as a range of other responsibilities), ensuring that it would be successful, and thus help to increase AGL Energy’s market share.
