Hi, I’m Gareth.

 

I’m a creative thinker, a problem solver, and an all-round UX/CX/SD geek. I love crafting experiences that delight.

 

With over a decade’s experience in the industry, I’m what you might call a design all-rounder – and I thrive on the complex design challenges others may avoid. Taking something inherently complex and making it intuitive and easy to use gets me out of bed each morning, ready for another day of experience design. Whether it’s research, wire framing, prototyping, pixel-pushing, user testing or consulting, I’m always up for the challenge.

Conducted Australiawide stakeholder research project to identify the key features and requirements for Cengage’s next-generation e-text platform, for secondary school teachers and students.

Telstra Office 365 VOIP Voice Calling Blueprint
Developed an end-to-end service blueprint of current and target-state service delivery process for corporate customers switching from traditional phone services to VOIP through Office 365.
